Our rooms and amenities

Tŷ Bryn caters for just 6 guests in 3 double ensuite bedrooms. Two guest rooms have a far reaching river view and the third enjoys a peaceful terraced back garden and wooded hillside view. You are welcome to relax in the comfort of the sitting room, breakfast room or front garden terrace and make use of the excellent Wifi and the local information and maps to hand. We provide off-road parking and outside wash facilities for your muddy bikes and boots, and we have an Electric Vehicle Charge Point (7 pin, type 2) – guests will need to come equipped with a charge lead.

Do take a look at our Access Statement for detailed information about Ty Bryn’s layout.

Relaxing & Dining

Our comfy sitting room and front garden terrace are great spaces to put up your feet and relax after your day’s activities. You can borrow binoculars to spot wildlife (possibly even otters) and watch the ebb and flow of the River Wye, browse our wide range of reading and coffee-table books, play board games or simply put your feet up in front of the wood-burning stove (lit in the cooler months).   To help you choose where to dine out we have a folder full of menus from the local pubs, restaurants and bistros, and we’re happy to make suggestions and give directions.  In our bright breakfast room with communal table you can enjoy a healthy and hearty breakfast at your own pace.

Walking & Cycling Facilities

As outdoor enthusiasts we know how important it is to look after your kit, to get it cleaned off and dry for the next day and to know that it is stored securely. The facilities are here for you to use, plus we have lots of information about the many outdoor activities in the area and maps for you to borrow.
